Retail Marketing Forum is an annual, free event for traders from all industries, dedicated to marketing and retail sales. This year's 11th edition will be held on April 10 at the Business Center Club in Warsaw. The main topic of the meeting will be multi-channel sales.

The Retail Marketing Forum has been gathering representatives of retail chains and malls, stationary, temporary and online stores for years, to invite them to discuss good practices in marketing and sales during one day of the conference. Participants are attracted by substantive lectures, the opportunity to take advantage of individual expert advice, exhibitors' offers, and the opportunity to establish valuable business relationships. The forum is not only a source of inspiration for the participants, but also an impulse to act, introduce improvements and look for new opportunities for their businesses.

During the 11th Retail Marketing Forum you will be able to find out, inter alia, how to optimize marketing activities to gain and retain loyal customers, how to effectively use modern technologies, visual merchandising, sensory marketing and event marketing to bond the customer emotionally to the brand, as well as how to achieve sales and marketing goals thanks to temporary stores (pop-up stores) ). In addition, participants will learn how to increase sales thanks to better adjustment of marketing activities to the changing expectations of e-customers, learn how to build an effective online shopping path, optimally integrate stationary sales with the Internet, reach the consumer with a potentially long decision-making process and improve the payment system. .

During the event, the winners of the competition for the best stores in Poland - Retail Marketing Awards will also be announced. Any stationary store operating in Poland can take part in it - it is enough until 23.03. fill in and send the application form available on the website in the Competition tab. The jurors will judge, inter alia, visual merchandising of the store, the use of modern marketing tools and the level of customer service.
