Entrepreneurs from Wielkopolska looking for support for their companies can use one of two funds - the WIELKOPOLSKA PÓŁNOC Subregional Loan Fund program or the WIELKOPOLSKA-JEREMIE Subregional Loan Program. Before making the decision, it is worth getting acquainted with the rules for granting loans under the above-mentioned projects.

Subregional Loan Fund WIELKOPOLSKA-PÓŁNOC

This program is intended for micro and small companies, in particular from the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship. The main goal of the fund is to support local entrepreneurship by facilitating entrepreneurs' access to external sources of financing in the form of loans.

The possibility of receiving a loan under this program was provided for entrepreneurs who:

  • employ up to 50 employees,
  • have their headquarters and conduct basic activity in the Greater Poland voivodeship,
  • have been operating for at least 3 months,
  • have a clearly defined purpose for which the loan will be used,
  • have a good operating strategy, but insufficient financial resources to finance their operation and development,
  • they operate in all industries, except for entrepreneurs from the agricultural and armaments sectors and those engaged in industrial activities defined as harmful to the environment, as well as conducting activities generally considered unethical.

The general assumptions about the loan that entrepreneurs can receive are similar in all voivodeships. The funds from the aid can be used for both investment and financial goals. The amount to which loans are granted is PLN 500,000. zloty.

The loan repayment period is 36 months, with a grace period of up to 6 months. Each entrepreneur must make his own contribution in the amount of 20%. the value of the venture.

A handling fee of up to 5% is charged on the granted loan. the amount of the loan granted. The collateral may include: blank promissory note, surety from the credit guarantee fund, surety by third parties, mortgage, transfer of title.

Subregional Loan Fund WIELKOPOLSKA-JEREMIE

The aim of the Loan Fund "WIELKOPOLSKA-JEREMIE" is also to support local economic activity by facilitating entrepreneurs' access to external sources of financing in the form of loans. However, unlike the previous project, in addition to micro and small enterprises, medium-sized companies can also benefit from the assistance.

According to the regulations, this project can be used by entrepreneurs:

  • employing less than 250 employees,
  • having its seat and conducting basic activity in the territory of the Greater Poland Voivodeship,
  • operating for at least 3 months,
  • having a clearly defined purpose for which the loan funds will be used,
  • operating in all industries, with the exception of entrepreneurs from the agricultural and armaments sectors and entrepreneurs conducting industrial activities defined as harmful to the environment, as well as conducting activities generally considered unethical.

The purpose for which a loan may be granted is both investment activity, as well as investment and trading activity, if it results from the nature of the project. Here, too, the maximum amount of support is PLN 500,000. PLN, while the repayment period can be up to 60 months. With this type of support, the entrepreneur can count on a six-month grace period in capital repayment.

In the case of a loan granted under the "WIELKOPOLSKA-JEREMIE" Loan Fund, the own contribution may not be less than 10% of the project value. The rest of the assumptions are the same as in the case of aid from SFP "WIELKOPOLSKA-PÓŁNOC", so a handling fee of up to 5% of the loan amount is charged on the granted loan. The collateral, however, may include: blank promissory note, surety from the credit guarantee fund, surety by third parties, mortgage, transfer of ownership.
