Public Aid Data Sharing System (SUDOP) - what does it contain?

Co-Size-Changing

The Public Aid Data Sharing System allows you to check which forms of assistance the entrepreneur has used. He can see the amount of aid and the date on which the support was provided. This is useful, among others when filling in applications where it is necessary to provide information about the assistance already received. Can anyone find this type of data here?

Public Aid Data Sharing System - what information does it contain?

The Public Aid Data Sharing System allows you to check what help the entrepreneur has received. In addition, it contains information on:

  • any public aid and de minimis aid granted to the beneficiary;

  • aid measures implemented in Poland;

  • aid granted under the aid measures implemented in Poland.

Unfortunately, not everyone can use this database. There is no information in SUDOP about support granted in agriculture or fisheries. On the other hand, the data indicated in the last two above-mentioned items do not include:

  • aid constituting compensation for the provision of a service of general economic interest (unless this has been notified to the European Commission);

  • aid measures, the validity of which ended before 2016;

  • de minimis aid.

Public Aid Data Sharing System - where do the data come from?

The data provided by the Public Aid Data Sharing System result from the reports on the aid provided, prepared using the SHRIMP application by entities that provide support pursuant to Art. 32 of the Act on proceedings in matters relating to state aid. Only these entities are responsible for their correctness and they can correct them. Therefore, any observed errors should be reported directly to them. These entities have 7 days from the date of providing assistance to enter data into the SHRIMP application and 7 days from the date of receipt of information about the change in the amount of support for its correction. For this reason, information about the aid provided and its modification within 7 days may not be available in the SUDOP database yet. The data in the system is updated every day at night, therefore the reports placed with the SHRIMP application will not be visible in the Public Aid Data Sharing System until the next day. Please note that the printouts of the data on the support received are for information only. The Public Aid Data Sharing System allows the beneficiary to check which forms of assistance he has used under the anti-crisis shield by entering the NIP (NIP) in the system at https://sudop.uokik.gov.pl/search/aidBeneficiary. The system also makes it possible to check, for example, the number of subsidies granted to entrepreneurs.
